WHY WE INNOVATE?
People innovating for a better quality of life: It's not just our mission, it's our passion. For almost 30 years now, VSE has been innovating and using technology to support our vision. With a large R&D budget and belief in constant improvement, we have grown across industries, touched many communities, and vertically integrated within diverse markets.
HOW WE INNOVATE?
We work and play hard, weaving innovation into all aspects of VSE life. We dedicate up to 20 percent of our work time to developing ideas and projects outside of our day-to-day tasks and existing goals. We run workshops, solicit feedback, and start new lines of business. We also seek out ways to integrate process improvements and our latest ideas into current operations and move innovations forward.
