Scott has more than 25 years of experience working in most areas of IT including network engineering, systems analysis, database programming and process reengineering. For the past 10 years, he has been helping business executives and senior IT staff to improve the effectiveness of their IT services. During this time, he has developed IT Improvement Programs that go beyond technology and focus heavily on the management practices impacting IT.

Focus areas include strategic planning, financial management, operations and outsourcing, service management, project management, business systems and applications analysis. Scott has created and operated a regional IT shared service group for an International chemical company, established a centralized IT group for professional sports entertainment center and their professional teams, designed an activity based chargeback system for an international insurance company, and performed IT strategic reviews and multi-year improvement programs for several mid-size organizations. His vertical industry experience spans manufacturing, engineering, construction, utilities, accounting, insurance, Internet B2B and various other service businesses, with past clients including Smith & Wesson, Combustion Engineering, Reliance Life Insurance, ING Bank, City of Philadelphia, Comcast-Spectacor and Henkel KGaA.

Scott has an Engineering degree from Stevens Institute, with graduate studies at Temple University Fox School of Business. He is a certified IT Financial Controller from ITFMA and ITIL Service Manager from ITSMF. He lives in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Scott has two daughters and coached competitive soccer for 10 years. He enjoys studying philosophy and volunteering, for example having spent two weeks in New Orleans rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina.
