Jeni Alexander
Director of Service Operations
Jeni Alexander oversees customer relations surrounding the usability of service. She leads all operation processes for VSE's services, including managing the quality experience delivered to our customers and interfacing with expert contractors. Collaborating with our 24/7 Call Center, Product Management and Brand Marketing, Jeni's strong communications skills have improved the level of service we are able to provide to our customer.
High-energy, Jeni's personality, combined with effective and upbeat leadership style, adds to our company's success. In being able to offer selection, quality and an enjoyable customer experience, Jeni prides herself on providing impeccable service, with an open-door policy for our customers and her team members.
Jeni came to VSE with a background in corporate logistics. She has provided supply chain alignment, process control, Quality/Total Quality Management/ISO implementation, compliance and transportation services for companies in the chemical and retail manufacturing industries. Jeni has ensured the effective delivery of products and overall monitoring of daily operations.
Jeni is a graduate of Temple University.
Maryanne Fiedler
Director of Brand and Marketing
Maryanne Fiedler oversees the development and management of marketing strategies and efforts for the company's Advisor services. Passionate, focused and results oriented, her efforts have led to the development of our online affiliate program and the introduction of new product marketing and operations' initiatives, which have improved VSE's acquisition, retention and quality of customers.
Prior to VSE, Maryanne spent over twenty years in retail and direct marketing. In her role as Director of Product Merchandising for BeMusic, Inc (a division of Bertelsmann AG), she implemented a Preferred Buyer's Club program which provided a catalyst for the relationship between BeMusic and Amazon.com. As Senior Marketing Manager for CDNOW Online, Inc., Maryanne led her staff in development, implementation and the management of marketing and cooperative advertising for all product lines, including music, video/DVD, accessories and electronics.
Whether singing the praises of VSE's products, or singing in the studio when she is recording her own albums, Maryanne brings a dedicated drive together with a personable composure, and the result is music to our ears.

Jeff Rocco
Director of Product Management
Jeff Rocco has held various positions at VSE for almost a decade. As our Director of Product Management, he focuses on keeping VSE's products and services aligned with customer expectations, market demands, and the underlying technology. He has extensive knowledge of the company's operations — from experience as the Telephony Application Project Manager to managing all Software Development. Jeff has parlayed his organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects into this leadership role.
Actively, Jeff corresponds with Technology, Marketing and Service Operations to define our market requirements before implementing development of any product. He utilizes an understanding of our customer's needs and market trends to ensure the usability of our products and services while keeping our brand intact. He creates and implements our product and program launches.
Jeff's hands-on approach, along with 10 years of progressive and diversified experience in the Software Development and Telecommunications industry, has established Jeff as a key element to VSE's success.

Susan Wenitsky
Director of Finance
Sue Wenitsky has been with VSE for over ten years. She manages our Finance, Risk Management, and Analysis Departments. Sue and her teams are responsible for accounting, company budgets, providing analysis on company performance, and protecting and projecting our overall financial well being.
With a passion to provide metrics, rivaling only her love for do-it-yourself home improvements, Sue helps guide VSE forward with an eye for growth and finding potential through the calculation of profitable opportunities. She brings unbounded optimism to her logistical personality, leading to the success of any given task.
Sue brings with her extensive background in the financial services sectors. Before joining VSE, she was a Senior Financial Analyst for Merrill Lynch and a Fund Analyst for SEI investments. She also held the position of Controller at VSE as well as a non-profit. Sue is a Certified Public Account and holds a Bachelor's of Science in finance from Rider University.

Galina Woshczyn
Director of Product Development
Galina Woshczyn joined Voice Systems Engineering as a seasoned Technology executive. Managing with a directness that allows results to be reached in a timely fashion, Galina has implemented numerous projects that support our existing systems. She has led our technology, product development, and database teams in the creation of software that enable our business initiatives to be reached.
Prior to joining VSE, Galina served as a Vice President and Director of Engineering for Home Décor Products where she was instrumental in tripling the company's revenue within two years. Previously, she was responsible for managing groups of software developers and the development of key systems at GSI Commerce, a leading e-commerce outsourcer. Galina specialized in software relating to real-time order management, retail systems, and system-level design, and was integral in building large software systems. She has managed multiple teams in rapidly growing business environments. Galina also held leadership positions at Platinum Technologies, a provider of solutions and services for the management of IT infrastructure, business information and application development, and AW Computer Systems, where she led Software Engineering and Production Support groups.
Galina holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Arcadia University.
