Summary:

Responsible for the delivery of quality services to customers in a 24-hour,
7-day week operating environment for the VSE brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the oversight and supervision of expert advisors
  • Handle requests and questions from expert advisors and customers – provide information, handle reported issues, update schedules and messaging, set/confirm appointments, guide expert advisors in best practices, and provide comfort and support as needed
  • Work with expert advisor's on their individual branding including the creation of copy that is compelling
  • Use creative writing skills to provide expert and service related content delivered in print or web
  • Ownership of the IVR messaging as it relates to expert advisors – includes assisting expert advisors in the development of persuasive messages
  • Management of incoming inquiries for those seeking expert advisor contracts
  • Interview potential expert advisors and provide clear direction on acceptability
  • Manage physical contracts – review for requirements, follow-up as needed, disseminate information, scan and file
  • Participate in competitive research and business intelligence mining
  • Competitive review of incoming expert advisors and ongoing risk review of current expert advisors
  • Monitor all services as needed to ensure quality
  • Assist in the management of incoming mail – review for content, forward, file
  • Participate in special projects, tests or releases as needed

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university or a combination of equivalent skills and experience necessary
  • Strong work ethic, relationship building, problem solving skills and time management skills, with an orientation to detail
  • Must display effective written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess flexibility, mix of spontaneity and prudence, and be outgoing, tolerant, and sensitive/empathetic
  • Motivated by internal factors (i.e., learning & personal/professional growth) vs. external factors (i.e., outcome)
  • Must be available to periodically work after hours and weekends
